DARK TUNNEL

Whereas in the physical reality it is generally achnowledged that in order to get to the other side of a dark tunnel you have to walk straight into and through it, in the emotional/mental sphere this is not the case. Here, the commom behaviour is to dodge dark corners, to run away or hide from them in the vain hope they might disappear on their own account- which of course they do not. On the contrary, ignoring them usually only serves to increase their gravity because your inner resistance against them grows. The longer you detain from facing troubles, the heavier they seem to become. I am certain, that just as often as not, you will find that if you tackle seemingly difficult situations right away, they are not unpleasant at all. Whatever is in the light, is what it is, things lying hidden in the dark, on the other hand, often appear worse than they actually are because your fear of the unknown distorts them.
Therefore next time you are catching your-self in turning away from a feeling or an occurence you had rather not have to meet; stand still, open you consciousness and your heart to whatever it is and pass through it by accepting it as it is. And I am sure the light of the day on the other side will seem brighter to you.

ALWAYS A WAY

There is always a way out of any situation in life. If at times you feel there is none it is because you are staring straight ahead believing to be infallibly sure of your next step. Instead of allowing yourself the possibility to turn around a walk back a few steps from whence you came from and simply observe your prior position from this little distance. TRUE SPIRITUALITY

True spirituality is a 24/7 task and not a weekend occupation to be enjoyed at leisure. Contrary to the view the purely materialistically minded individuals take, to be spiritual does not imply one dodges life's responsibilities. In fact, the opposite is the case. To turn one's steps towards the spiritual pathway in life is a sign of inner strength and means that one is finally willing to grow up and accept one's responsibilites. However atuning your-self to the Divine Light and reaching out to the spiritual heights does not have the immediate effect of instilling eternal light-heartedness and blissfulness in your heart and mind (- although the media are doing their best to promote this idea). In order to attain to such a state of Being, fortitude, endurance and faith are required, because along this pathway there are personal shadows to be faced and many a dark wilderness of the soul to be traversed. Especially at the onset of the spiritual path of Light it may appear ...

NATURAL SHARING

We are all part of an integrated whole and as such share our unconscious as well as our conscious aspects of self. To be blissfully living with our self and in the world transforms us to channels of love, peace and freedom. Therefore, in being consciously aware of the moment and its beauty we are naturally and effortlessly sharing with everyone that, which is most precious in life - love.
