The truth cannot be expressed in words. It is existing far beyond them because it is of Divine nature and thus can only be transmitted and found in silence.
Therefore if you wish to discover your true self and the truth about life and love, you have to learn to become silent in your actions, feelings and thoughts.

The more you love, who you are, the more you are able to trust in yourself and in life. Thus it is, that true love makes you free to live in joy.

True Love knows neither "but" nor "if" and it exists in the perpetual here-now.

True Love of Self is self-less, because it exists beyond the Lower Self and its Ego, upon the level of the Higher Self and the Heart. In loving yourself self-lessly, you are loving your brothers and sisters equally well, because upon the level of the Heart you are aware of the unity and equality of all human souls.

Instinct is an unconscious reaction on part of the Ego. It is dating back to a time in evolution, in which humans literally had to fight in order to survive. Instinctual behaviour, therefore, is a purely egotistical action – personal free will fighting for its survival.
Intuition, on the other hand, is an instinct of the Heart, which is in accordance with the Divine Will of Love. In following your intuition you are moving along with your free will attuned to the rhythm of Universe.

The Ego-mind has ideas of what love is and how it should be and feel. Whereas the Heart simply knows love, because since it is its natural condition it is actually living in it.

Although your Spiritual Heart is home of love within your own self, the way to get there passes through your mind. For as long as your Ego-mind is unconsciously blocking your connection to your Heart, you are bound to be feeling cut off from love - not only mentally but also emotionally and physically, because your mind influences your emotional and physical realities as well. Therefore in order to experience a state of love within your own self, you have to enlighten your Ego-mind by teaching it to think, speak and act lovingly. First towards your own self and secondly towards your brothers and sisters, too.

Self-enlightenment is not a matter of trying to get rid of your Ego-mind, but rather of filling it with so much love and compassionate understanding, that it loses all fears and thus ceases its continual fighting.

To be happy is exceedingly simple- it is so simple, that not even words or thoughts are required to express it and to share it.
Whereas unhappiness is interminably complex - because problems are never simple, they always need a lot of explaining, thinking and reasoning.
So if you wish to be happy, acquire simplicity of the heart.
