THE MIDDLE PATH

By having been endowed with the capacity of Mind, and therefore a superior intelligence with regard to the Animal Kingdom, we became partly seperated from the flow of Life Force, which is our connection to the Divine source not only keeping us alive but also in a state of harmony and health. Our Mind is very fond of holding on to things, always wanting to be in the past or the future and but rarely it the present state and place. Its nature is to hold on - but Life's nature is fluctuating change. By holding on too strongly we cut our-selves off from the natural flow and thus blocking the energy from flowing freely we create an imbalance in the self and its existance. Also, everything in life has two opposite sides to it is and our task is to find and keep to the central point where balance and harmony reign. Until then we constantly switch from on extreme to the other, sometimes willingly but more often we find our-selves toppling unconrollably from side to side. Therefore our life upon the earthly plane could justly be called a path of the middle.

ALWAYS A WAY

There is always a way out of any situation in life. If at times you feel there is none it is because you are staring straight ahead believing to be infallibly sure of your next step. Instead of allowing yourself the possibility to turn around a walk back a few steps from whence you came from and simply observe your prior position from this little distance. Contrary to the view the purely materialistically minded individuals take, to be spiritual does not imply one dodges life's responsibilities. In fact, the opposite is the case. To turn one's steps towards the spiritual pathway in life is a sign of inner strength and means that one is finally willing to grow up and accept one's responsibilites. However atuning your-self to the Divine Light and reaching out to the spiritual heights does not have the immediate effect of instilling eternal light-heartedness and blissfulness in your heart and mind (- although the media are doing their best to promote this idea). In order to attain to such a state of Being, fortitude, endurance and faith are required, because along this pathway there are personal shadows to be faced and many a dark wilderness of the soul to be traversed. Especially at the onset of the spiritual path of Light it may appear ...

NATURAL SHARING

We are all part of an integrated whole and as such share our unconscious as well as our conscious aspects of self. To be blissfully living with our self and in the world transforms us to channels of love, peace and freedom. Therefore, in being consciously aware of the moment and its beauty we are naturally and effortlessly sharing with everyone that, which is most precious in life - love.
