All you have to do is to attune your awareness to the magic of Mother Nature and your own True Self.

However atuning your-self to the Divine Light and reaching out to the spiritual heights does not have the immediate effect of instilling eternal light-heartedness and blissfulness in your heart and mind (- although the media are doing their best to promote this idea).
